Know Your Machine £48
Date – Thursday 6th May 6.30pm-9pm
For complete beginners who want to learn how to sew! This class gives you a complete run down of how your machine works, stitches and tricks. You will make some samples to help you on your way to becoming a true sewist! Handouts included.
Beginners Dressmaking Course of 10 Classes £180
Date – Starting Tuesday 11th May 1.30-4.30pm
For beginners or anyone who needs a refresher. You will look at how to cut out a pattern, interpret pattern instructions, pin the pattern to fabric correctly, general sewing and making up. You will have an expert specialist dressmaking tutor who will be on hand to guide you on your dressmaking journey!
This course includes a meet and greet with your tutor roughly a week before the sessions start.
Introduction to Patchwork £65
Date – Monday 17th May 6.30-9.30pm
Are you a general sewer who would like to know more about patchwork? Then this is the class for you! We will run through cutting, piecing and the basics of patchwork as well as how to correctly use your specialist tools. This class includes fabric, and you will leave with a completed cushion cover!
Suitable for anyone who can already use a sewing machine, but is new to patchwork.
Tuffett Workshop £130
Date – Friday 28th May OR Sunday 20th June 10am-4pm
Everything is included for you to make and go home with a wonderful tuffet. All parts for the tuffet have been made or sourced locally. Pictures show the latest workshop tuffets.
Beginners welcome but you will need to know how to use your machine to sew a quarter inch seam.
Batik Shoulder Bag £68

O Holy Night Wall Hanging £58

The creator and designer of this beautiful wall hanging was looking to capture memories of all the places she used to live! Personalise your own festive masterpiece, and learn how to use some of the decorative stitches on your sewing machine (Materials not included).
For this class, we are offering a fabric pack containing the same fabrics used on the front only and will be available for an additional £17. Please ask if you would like this extra pack when you book.
For this workshop you will need to be an intermediate or an advanced sewer.
Fantasy Christmas Stocking £58
